How do I order?
Add the products you want to your selection with their options and quantities, then send your quote request. You receive a tailored offer: nothing is ordered without your approval.
Why are no prices shown?
The price of a printed display depends on its size, its options (base, finish, double-sided printing), the quantity and the artwork. We calculate it for each request: you receive a detailed quote with no commitment.
Can I order a single piece?
Yes. A beach flag, a roll-up or a banner can be ordered individually.
Which format should I send my artwork in?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the best result. A high-resolution PNG or JPG also works. If you only have a logo or an idea, we prepare the mock-up at the right dimensions.
Will I approve the artwork before printing?
Yes. You receive a proof showing the artwork on the product. Production only starts after your approval.
Which base should I choose for a beach flag?
It depends on the ground: ground spike for grass or sand, cross base with water bag or weighted base for hard ground, screw base, car wheel base or wall mount for a fixed installation. Each base has its data sheet; if in doubt, leave the choice open and we will advise you.
Can the displays be used outdoors?
Beach flags, flags, banners and gazebos are made for outdoor use. Roll-ups, X-banners, wall banners and counters are designed for indoor use. Each product page says which.
What is the delivery time?
It depends on the product, the quantity and the artwork approval. Give the date of your event in the quote request: we confirm the lead time.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver in Luxembourg. Shipping costs are shown on your quote.
